Yella (Or Daniella) is a New York born and raised illustrator with a deep curiosity of the world and combining her experiences with her artwork. After four years at the Fashion Institute of Technology, she is excited to see the lengths which her creative mind can wander.

Growing up in rural New York and spending her young adult life in NYC has played a big role in developing Yella's art style, incorporating a great amount of inspiration from Nature and People. She relies on a childlike wonder to form concepts, and to refine these ideas using the skills she's learned over the years. Some themes followed in her work include food, gigantism, female/self-empowerment, and magic. Yella works with both traditional and digital mediums but focuses on gouache when traditional and procreate when digital.
